Q. What proof do you think your wine is, I know a guy that makes grape and it will **** you up in a hurry.

OK grape is pretty stupid, I meen it tasts like grape juice.

Not sure on exact percent, it was about 13ish percent before I racked the batch into another carboy, and bottled it.. I am into making fruit wines.. once my grapevine puts off enough good grapes i am going to make more traditional wines. I have 6, 5 gallon carboys.. so i can really do some producing if i want to
