A. my neighberhood is a dump. nmost of the houses around me have dead grass, POS cars on their lawns, and my neighber had two drug rades so my home value aint that great[&o][&o][&o]

A - Realistic? well w/ the way the houses are costing - I dont think I can ever afford a house - even in the hood. Ideally - just a house in a safe neighborhood. You know how bad my Apt complex is? Pizza places wont even deliver here after dark...
