A -ahhhh 
the 1999 NBA quarter / semi & Finals San Antonio was the money maker for me & my buddy... I had just gotten laid off,
and I had my final pay out check. My friend was hassling me to just go to vegas, so I finally said ****[sm=smiley35.gif] IT! lets go!
and we drove up, placed the bets on SAn Antonio ( I put my whole check in. it was like 900 bucks - for me that was alot back then )
I remember not being able to sit & watch the game at the sportsbar..[:'(] But I ended up winning & we ended up going every few days to keep bettting on San Antoino through out the Finals... I remember those bets financed my next 3 months of unemployment, got me several brand new pairs of Iverson's (they had just came out) new clothes, and I got my Nissan 240sx car lowered, an bought an intake too...
I guess it doesnt all seem like much - but back then we felt on top of the world, driving up to vegas, cashing in after the game & driving back.
Q - sorry for the reminiscing... would you consider that ^ rambling???
