A. Kinda sorta. I am starting to get back into working out again so here is what i'm thinking right now
Mon- Run (30-60min)
Tues- Ski
Wed- Run (30-60min)
Thurs- Lift - upper body/core
Fri - Ski
Sat- lift - lowerbody/core
Sun- Rest/ ski
Q. does that seem like a somewhat legit routine?

A. Beings my exercise routine consists of only lifting ladders at work or crawling under trailers and through attics. You have me beat.

A: i golf a little, but i suck at it......still fun to get out there, though.

how much time would you say you actually spend actually skiing on each of these days.
i'd say that light running would be an excellent way to loosen up before a day of skiing.
