A. Find something to-to that is kind of a light night tonight, tomorrow, home game, sunday clean house and do work, monday, class.


Q. Why do I keep waking up around 9 or 10 even when I go to bed at 2 or 3?

Q: when you cook, is it just for yourself or do you make dinner for the roommates too?

A. mostly for myself but I want to make a house dinner sometime soon. (but it's kinda hard to get all 12 of us together at once, we are all relatively busy people.


Q. what kind of food do you make most often?

A: i make dinner probalby 4-5 times a week, so there are about 6 or 7 menus that are in the rotation. sometime cooking is boring, sometimes it's fun.

Q: is there a certain meal you either get tired of quickly or could always have on a frequent basis?

A. not really, I like to keep things interesting but it's kind of difficult on a college budget to eat what I really like to eat at all times.


Q. What is a good recipe I should try now that I'm cooking on my own?

A: i told you already.
chicken pesto pasta:
basil pesto (either jar or better in refrigerated section with the fresh pastas)
garlic
cooked chicken (pre cooked rotisserie is good, freeze what you don't use)
parmesan cheese
cooked noodles of your choice

saute the garlic in olive oil, add the cooked chix, then the basil pesto, then the cooked noodles. top with cheese.
easy and good.


Q: do you have a favorite coffee drink?

A: Can't really say. It all depends on what I'm feeling like. Sometimes I want something overly bitter, next thing you know I want something sweet.
