A. outside, i've never been to a tanning bed, nor do I plan on going to one anytime soon.

A. it depends on how full the pockets are, when it's just your day to day stuff, not at all, but when you have two full 1l water bottles then it can be a bit heavier to handle (and your pants will sag more)
