is there a place to buy a cell phone (ATT) if it's before your upgrade time?
(i know i can buy one, but i mean can i buy a good one for the same rate as i would if it were time to upgrade.)

 

ATT uses gsm, so if you buy an unlocked (THAT IS THE KEYYYY) one off of ebay, or buy.com (i think has them) you just have to slap the sim card in and away you go!
