A: I have found that a tub full of jello is much better than pudding, unless you want that "mud wrestling" kind of thing.

Q: what's your best physical feature? (if you don't have one, then what's your worst?)

A. alright so this is going to sound very conceited and vein but oh well. Personally I am currently very mad at my lack of work ethic to go work out and lose the weight on my stomach. Now you need to know that I come from a Cross Country and track background so I've never really had more than 7% body fat on my stomach, so now that I am in college and not working out nearly as religiously (but I'm trying to rebuild the habit(went running today for 40 min)) SO long story short I'm pissed because I don't have those washboard abs anymore and actually have some body fat on my stomach. (meaning when I flex I have a six pack but when I'm not flexing it really isn't there and my stomach is not insanely flat anymore, also you can't see the veins anymore. I call myself kinda fat right now, everyone else just yells at me and tells me i'm out of shape.

so yeah call me ridiculously crazy or whatever but at 6'3 and 180lbs I feel like I need to lose some fat and gain some more muscle. (which means I want to stay about 170ish)

Q. so what are your thoughts on that statement?

A) I feel the same way. I used to be in much better shape. now at 6'2", 185, I feel like I'm not quite as hawt as I could be. Just gotta get back on the horse and start lifting and running and all that!

Q) Do you ever sometimes feel like you place too much imprtance on your own physical appearance?
