I beleive that one gets that feeling but I do not think it is an actual physical repeat of something that has taken place. That would be absurd for all of the variables to be duplicated.
Do you believe it could be a nano-second repeat (rebroadcast) of the same sensory input information that just transpired in your brain, causing you to believe it happened at some previos time?

A: Yea people who are always asking what your pet peeves are. Especially radio talk show guys, its a sure sign of a jock who can't keep a radio show going on his own.
