There's entirely too much text there. So I'll just skip it and say that Fox seemed to be the only one that went after acorn while the rest of the news networks continued to back acorn.

My favorite is that they said the videos were doctored then fired the workers in some of the offices. Now that videos are popping up in 4 cities, congress decides to end funding and at the same time acorn says they're launching an investigation.

 

I think this sums up ACORN pretty well for those just learing about it. But once ACORN is completely stripped of Federal funding, those dirty Rathke boys will just set up another organization to take its place with a new name and a clean slate but with the same old corrupted gang up top running the scam.

The reason they started ACORN and similar organiziations was to try to bring down capitalist America through the front door by draining as much money from the Federal Govenment as possible. (Income Redistribution, or Redistributing the Wealth)

They did this initially by signing up people for welfare and any other form of "Public Assistance" they could get them on. Later, with help from leading Democrats, like Barney Frank, they started putting these people into homes and loans they couldn't possibly pay.

They did this in every city in the country with a sizable black population, and they continue to do this today.
They are not a "true friend" of black people, they USE black people to further their agenda. Welfare is a vicious master that sucks the spirit out of the black community. Just about all the ills we see in Black America can be traced back to the cruelest of masters, welfare.

The White Radicals still run the show at ACORN, but they put a black face forward on the organization.
Not too long ago a white woman who is a VP in ACORN held a press conference to discuss a matter pertaining to the organization.
Shortly thereafter she was called on the carpet for doing so and was told that she had violated a cardinal rule of ACORN, and that was only Black people could speak publicly for ACORN, and the more poorly spoken and illiterate sounding the better. Why? she asked, since she could explain the matter quite well without any misunderstanding and was told that those types of people would get more "sympathy for the cause" than a well spoken educated white woman.
Not to sound "McCarthyesq" but behind every "social movement" or organization in this, and for that matter, every other nation there lies a Communist plot.
ACORN isn't the first, and it won't be the last organization that has been around and in the vernacular long enough to be in a sense "mainstream" when at its heart is is nothing more than a front for subversive activity."

The congessional vote to block funding is a little misleading because nothing has beceom legislation yet and I susupect that it will be watered down before it is finally passed. I think that congress was forced to act because of the shock of the videos. When that wears off, they will probably be less than enthusiastic about attacking ACORN. But maybe they will surprise me. I will be even more surprised if an internal investigation by ACORN of ACORN leads to any serious revelation of organized crime.

 

ACORN CEO Bertha Lewis was interviewed on Fox this weekend (Obama did 5 interviews this weekend, but still refuses to appear on Fox since being elected). She repeatedly dodged an invitation by a Republican congressman to open the accounting books of ACORN to show transparency and prove that the groups leadership is honest. Hopefully, she will soon be forced to open the books.

Its ironic and sad that more democrats seem to support an investigation of the CIA than of ACORN.

 

Barry did not seem to think that ACORN's corruption funded by $8.5 Billion in your federal tax dollars was of much importance at all, definitely not even on his radar. He didn't know that ACORN was receiving much Fed $ at all.

Obama was asked one question about Acorn during his weekend media blitz. He said,

"Frankly, it's not something I've followed closely...It's not something I'm paying a lot of attention to"

So he is either lying or ignorant.

He was just trying to distance himself from ACORN, knowing his interviewer wouldn't push the issue and present all the evidence of his strong ties to ACORN, but just move on the next soft question. Why do you think Barry wouldn't go on FOX?

Obama Is straight up lying. His new thing is saying that the health care reform won't give coverage to illegal immigrants. Even though some forms of the bill say it will, he is up there saying it won't and he promises. How can he just lie in our faces like this you ask? Well he is not lying per say but being tricky, in its final form the bill might not cover illegal immigrants, so he was telling the truth right? Well actualy in it's final form it may also say that illegal immigrants will get amnesty making them U.S. citizens and no longer illegal immigrants just for hopping a fence. Well isn't giving illegal immigrants amnesty and then giving them coverage pretty much the same as just giving illegals coverage? Yes, yes it is except that technically they are not illegals anymore so Obama can tell us straight to our faces illegals won't be covered and the people who don't know any better will believe him, not knowing that all he is doing is making illegals Americans for no reason.
