I really want to buy my friend's 2005 Audi A4, but I don't know if I can afford repairs.

The car recently got new tires/rims/brakes/clutch and comes with the sports package so it looks like an S4, which is awesome.

My only quam is that it has 78,000 miles and my friend hasn't been driving it much at all in the past year or two. He says that the car has never had anything wrong with it (that he has only taken it in for regular service checks).

He's including a 100,000 mile transferable warranty and a $500 coupon to any audi dealership all for 13,500?

sounds pretty good. how did he need a clutch with only 78k on it though? what does the warranty cover?

 

The warranty covers all repairs so im pretty sure the work has been done at the dealership although I'll have to figure that out. Do you guys know typically how long an A4 lasts in terms of miles?
