Well, I guess all is gonna work out well in the end. The appraisel came in about 7,000 less then the builder wanted, but he needs to get out of it so he doesnt pay the taxes anymore. So he is accepting the deal at the appraisel price, plus still paying closing cost. Sweet!!

Damn!! I was really hoping you would win it. We went and applied for a Home Depot card today and rang up $900 on it. House stuff is expensive. Next week I have to buy and install the front and backyard sod. Right now it just has dirt and weeds[&o] We bought the gutters today, hoping that next week we can install them, but I dont want to do to much til after we close.
