Yep, now, if she'll just re-post the OTHER one as a text, as opposed to an image file, I'd crack that one, for her. I've seen something similiar, before, a VERY long time ago.
straight iconographic cyphers are not all that difficult, assuming they're directly related to a known language, and you happen to KNOW what language it is (in this case I'm assuming american-english). Eventually i'll get bored enough to crack it. Or, maybe Paul will happen on this thread and crck it for us... Paul?
