OK, it took me 3 tries, and, I SERIOUSLY doubt if ANY 3rd-grades can do it in the time alloted, but here's what I did:
1st try: 32
2nd try: 42
3rd try: PASS!!!

Third graders could easily do it in the time aloted. Probably faster than most people due to the fact its drilled into their heads. I didnt beat it only because the mouse on my laptop sucks so i couldnt even put some of those little *** states in the northeast in. I just gave up after 4 trys on rhode island.

It took me 3 times to do it in the time limit. I was on a laptop too, so I'm pretty sure that I was operating at least at a 4th grade level and was held back by my equipment.

Yeah, laptops suck. I only got 44 on the first try and beat the second quickly. Damn, I'm not very good at the northeast. Need to turn down the sensitivity of my cursor for games like this. Well, at least that's my excuse and I'm sticking with it!
