^Palin has more executive experience than Obama, so I'm not sure why you say that. I saw the entire debate, and it seemed like Biden was always on the defense and always attacking the Bush administration, which is not who he and Obama are running against. I thought the first McCain vs Obama debate was well played on both sides, but I think Palin had one up on Biden.
I almost thought Palin was going to call out the Obama/Biden health care plan as SOCIALISM for what it was, rather than a "redistribution of wealth", LOL. It's much better for all taxpayers (that should be 99% of the voters..cough, cough) that they receive a tax rebate to cover all health care costs. That way, if anyone wants healthcare, they don't need to find a special, fortunate, privledged job that has a good plan. They just need a job where they work and pay taxes like everyone else. What a concept.
But seriously, I'm more sympathetic to adequate healthcare available to all taxpayers, BUT NOT equal for EVERYONE - WHICH MEANS NOT TAX DOLLAR FUNDED FOR THE LONG-TERM WELFARE ABUSING, LAZY, SECTION 8, DRUG DEALERS, ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS, ETC, ETC....THAT DON'T WORK AND/OR DON'T PAY TAXES. THERE'S NO REASON THE TAX PAYERS' TAX DOLLARS SHOULD GIVE THEM FREE HEALTH CARE BENEFITS.
Don't any of you remember that bumper sticker we used to see all the time on cars during the Clinton administration?
"Work Harder! Millions on Welfare Depend on You!"

It doesn't take mass amounts of executive experience to be the president. The VP will will deal more with executive BS, and Biden has way more of that than Palin. Comparing the duties or experience of a potential VP against a potential president is irrelivant in so many ways. Biden was smart to continualy bring up how a mccain admin won't be very different from the bush admin. That is what is very important to so many Americans.

I think when the campaigning is all said and done the mccain admin won't be much diff from the bush admin
Im also 90% sure palin's iq doesnt break 100...every time biden made a great point she would jump off to some other random topic instead of making an attempt to make an honest response...and she was even struggling with the teleprompter!
and will someone tell me wtf a maverick is??

a maverick is supposed to be someone that goes against the ideals or the normal everyday rules.... palin and mccain are far from mavericks... .they're just trying to make mccain sound cool by pulling a reference from Top Gun with Tom Cruise. I guess one of the most respected people among republicans is actually a liberal actor that played a fighter pilot in the early 90s... either way, i give Palin credit for dodging so many issues and questions in such a skillful manner, even if I think she'd make one of the worst presidents in the history of the US (even worse than Bush) if she were to wind up in power due to McCain's old age.

McCain/Palin is laughable. I couldn't imagine a better time to break the color barrier in presidency than to compete against a 72 yr old that's ready for a stroke, and a TV reporter from a state with more deer than people ready to become president. It all comes down to what you're in favor of. The list provided with yes no's is actually y I'm voting for Obama, not y I wouldn't. Republicans don't want to control your money, which is cool, but they'll tell you that if your dad's a petterass and knocks you up you can't have an abortion(?)(CRAZY). Personally, I'd assume (could be wrong) that the typical racist, ignorant, and self-centered person will probably vote, in a losing effort, McCain/Palin.
It costs money to get out of a recession, look at the depression... We've been here before, i don't mind if I have to pay a little more to keep jobs over here and our costs down. Sure we can have more tax breaks but we'll just put ourselves further in CHina's pocket (here's your stimulus check Bush) by allowing the upper class to continue to be cost efficient (which is good) and send their money to china for goods (cars, steel, EVERYTHING, this is bad) all the while handing the lower and middle class $600 that we borrow from guess who. THanks republicans, this 600 will go far in helping me get out of credit debt (ave american is what, 20k in debt?) while paying for my car and house which is probably over 1k/month.
The problem economically is that lasseiz faire (sp) doesn't work in a global economy, which is what we have now-a-days. It'd be great if that money stayed in the US, but we're making everyone else rich!
Peace I'm out, and there's so much more to say.
