Looks like it has a lot of tannin in it so it will go good with a steak at least!

Okay, here's a couple of the wine's I've had. Keep in mind, almost all of these were bought at Cost Plus World Market - there's usually quite a large sale-wine selection there, which is great for someone who's still finding out what they like / don't like.

-this Champagne was pretty good. Just a touch dry (to my taste), but still sooo much better then the Asti that my aunt used to bring to Christmas celebrations. It was good enough to get my mom to drink aMimosa, anyway.

-this wasn't one of my favourites. It was really dry, in my opinion. Could've been that I just wasn't accompanyingitwith the right foods, though.

^ This ^ is actually the bottle that the Champagne came in. Pretty cool, in my opinion. And it came in a box!!

The other is into the more expensive stuff (pretty big Dom drinker back in the day). Her and my uncle actually spent their 25th anniversary in Paris, but never made it out to any vineyards.

Yeah, Thats cool... I have a bottle of Dom somewhere. It's not as big as it used to be to have a Bottle of Dom. I guess in certain places you can find it for cheap nowadayz. Somewhere along the line I'm gonna have to get a bottle of cristal and compare it to other champs. I've tasted.

 

Well bring it on, we can toast to the stars and than beat the hell out of our cars, sip some crisp bubbles and fall back in the sack!!
