Those rolling blur shots would be hard to do! You would need to be moving at the EXACT same speed as the car you are photographing. If you change speed at all or hit a bump or move the camera then you will get a blurry car. My guess is it's not real. Photoshoped actually. You can take the picture of the car at a normal shutter speed and then cut the car out in photoshop and blur the background then keep the car normal. Just my guess. If they actually did get that effect from the actual picture then that would be an absolutely incredible feat!
