Yeah, I'm with you on the "change" thing - why the GOP picked it up is beyond me.

this I find funny...

Never have I known so many rich people in my life - and I actually know a couple of people who's net worth is in the millions - but everybody I've chatted with about the election - if they are voting for McCain - every response is the same.

"I don't want my taxes raised - I want to keep my money."

So, everyone I've asked makes $250k a year?? Damn, and I thought this economy was in the crapper! lol... boy were we wrong! lol

Obama is obviously lying about his tax policy not affecting anyone making less than $250K. I already blew the cover off that secret. Lawyers are Liars.

Obama has stated time after time that his (Socialist) plan is to redistribute the wealth, and Obama cries to his supporters that the wealth hasn't been trickling down.
The wealth does trickle down to those that work hard for it and those that deserve it.

Opportunity is wealth to the right person, and this is the land of opportunity, not socialism and wealth redistribution.
Obama states in his book that he carefully associated himself with professors and other people that shared his Marxist and Socialist views back in college. He regrets that the court system doesn't do enough to redistribute the wealth in 2001. He said it this week! He's a Socialist who wants to take from the workers and give to the undeserving. That is the beginning of class warfare and the end of the middle class.

People that are broke think like broke people. They can't fix their problem of poverty and the government shouldn't throw a wealthy man's money at their problem either.

Yea, it's a good thing that McCain didn't throw his support behind that $700b corporate welfare package huh? Oh wait, nevermind.

Of course Obama is lying about his 250k tax plan, all canditates lie for that matter. I remember when clinton said he was gonna get all these tax cuts before he was going into office....once he was elected a couple days later he came out with that stupid voice of his saying; oh im sorry folks, i i just can't give you these tax cuts, instead he created one of the biggest tax increases in history. McCain is full of crap too, but what the hell can we do about it anyway.

I think we should all band together and elect a McDonald's double cheeseburger into office. When election day comes, just write it in.

its quite simple... obama shouldnt be elected because hopefully people will realize "oh ****" in the next few days and enough will change their views...

if he is elected, then democrats will have total control and WILL mess up, and when they do they have nobody to point the finger at except themselves...

then we'll see who the country likes after that...

if obama is elected itll be a 4 year term for him, not 8

Actually I bet he won't be elected because he has the youth vote. Which is a joke. Most of them will probably think something like "Barack will win regardless, so I don't need to go vote." or "I have a report to write or a test to study for." or "It's too cold/the line at the polling place is too long."
