Hi Guys

I'm new here so I hope I'm posting in the right forum space.

I have an off road racing car that currently runs with an ABZ V8 and a Audi Turbo 3 speed box through a Transaxle Engineering transaxle. The box not realy coping and I want to replace it with a Renault UN1 transaxle with straight cut gears.

Some questions:

1. AFAIK the A8 was not sold with a manual transmission in our market (RSA), is there a flywheel available for the ABZ engine?

2. Do you know of an of the shelf adapter plate?

3. The ABZ motors are difficult to get, which other V8 uses the same block?
