Looks pretty good. I wish they'd taken a photo of the motor but it's worth at least a test drive. I can't see anything obviously wrong but the photos are a little old. I'm guessing that there's snow on the ground in New York but in this photo, the grass is still green.

 

Great observation... My wife just returned from NY, and actually there was no snow (at least in or around the city) Color is stated as silver, and I confirmed with the dealer. I'll be pissed if I get out there, and it's champagne!! Also, stated as a sport model, no pics of shocks, but evidently the seats are different?!?! Anyways, I really do appreciate your help. The dealership has been around for a while, they deal in a lot of high line autos, and they have a great rating on cars.com (not sure what that means but . I am heading to NY tomorrow, and hopefully will be driving back in a mint A6 (in time to see the Pats continued dominance)

Update... I could not make it out to NY, but I did locate a sweet 2000 4.2 here in MA, 66k clean carfax (one owner) and picked it up last night. Great car, awesome blue and tan interior, and to my surprise... a slick 80'sstyle carphone in the armrest! Was this standard on any specific model? I am trying to find out what factory installed options/packages that I have. Will post pics soon.

 

GREAT! I was wondering what ever became of the NYC one. The phone was an option back then. I believe it was part of the "luxury" package but don't quote me on that, but anyway, congratson the new ride.

 

The 4.2 is still available in NY. Seemed like a nice car. I just couldn't make it out to NY. If my deposit makes it back into my account by Monday, I'll post a link to it in the classifieds.
