Hey guys. Im looking into getting a 2009 or 2010 S4. Ive been researching the car for a while and just love it. I havent found a specific one to buy yet but probably will buy one within a year. As of right now Im driving an 04 G35 coupe.

Basically I just wanted some advice on the S4. Like what can you guys tell me (good or bad) about it, problems people have experienced, anything I should be aware of, any warnings, or anything like that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

it's a sweet car. 3.0t is a fun to drive supercharged 333hp engine with a very wide power band.

if you're looking at getting one with the navi, go 2010 because the voice recognition and display were improved -- switched over to hard drive based 3d aspect navigation and full voice recognition. hard drive can now store over 2500 songs.

i would get teh locking rear diff package. manual transmission. bang and olufsen. and i would special order it in monza silver.

 

Locking rear diff package? Im guessing you mean the sports diff. I didnt know it was optional lol. Does it come with like a specific package or is it just a seperate option all together?

I wouldnt mind either manual or auto. What are peoples experiences with either? Any problems or anything??

Honestly Im pretty set on this car lol just look for a good deal to fall in my lap.

 

yeah. sports diff is a stand alone.

i think the car is better in manual.
