What's up guys. Just bought an A4 for my brother. Thought I would introduce him to the forum, so this is his new SN. There is a lot of info here for him to go through, I already told him to check the stickys and run searches b4 he posts. Im sure you won't get much activity from him, but at least he knows where to go to get the DL on A4's and such.

The car is a 97 A4 1.8T with 32,750mi and we scored it for $5k without working windshield wipers. Good deal if you ask me. The car is dark green (not sure of color's name) with light biege and black interior (also not sure of actual color's name). I am assuming the auto is a 4-speed and is geared around 4.10 or so, am I correct in that assumption? If you guys could fill me in on the specifics of the colors and gearing that would be great. Thanks guys!

Also is there a regulator for the windshield wipers and how much does it costs in parts and labor, (not at the stealership!)
