Thumbs up Newjack

Lots of forums out there, and after lurking at others - this one seemed like the best fit.

Name is Doug. 32, and I work in IT. Just traded in my base model 2011 A4 for a 2014. (On Sunday)

Here's the breakdown:

2014 A4, Prem plus, Quattro - 8psd. Monsoon Gray
Navi plus
Sports package
Black optic package
B&O Sound
Cargo net (Added 25hp)

First Mod: Remove front licence plate holder.

Glad to be here!

Welcome, Doug. I do IT, too. Well, teh IA part of IT, anyway. Did some tier I/II helpdesk stuff, along the way. Angling for a "corner office," now. May take me a couple more years, and I need to finish my Master's, but I'll get there.

^^ Nice! I started out as sales support at the company I work for, and over time morphed over to IT. Now I'm the manager. Not bad!! But, hey - best of luck to you in your endeavors.

How are you liking that Legacy? I miss my Subaru. Had an 05 WRX STi. Beast of a car.

It's actually much better than I thought it'd be. I really bought it (used) for my Mom. She's up north, and needs a good car for those harsh winters. Gotta pay it off, first. This spring!

It's a regular 2.5i, not the GT. Still, it's way peppier than I expected. I'm stuck trying to decide if I wanna get another A8 (or, S8), next, or find a decent, non-modded LGT, and start modding on it, before I lay out cash for another Audi 8. I've got a few months to worry it over.

If you're ever in D.C....
