Default Newbie Q

I am VIRGIN to Audi, I have had the hots for the S4, I put a deposit
(refundable) on an 05 S4 Dolphin/Black (I beleive thats the color)
It was a 1 owner car, it has 54,000 miles. I have been watching this one
it was priced at 20,900. I was about to pull th trigger on something
else, and they lowered the price to 18,900, and I got it at 18,000.00
First, is this a decent price, and 2nd, is there anything besides the usual
that I need to know, or look out for. Coming from many BMW's
and having spent too much on Dinan mods etc.. what is the best mod
for the price on these??? THe car drives wonderfully, I really like it.
THanks
Steve

Welcome to the forums and congratulations on the new car.

To be honest, there aren't a lot of things you can do to a V8 S4 that will dramatically increase the HP other than the basic bolt on upgrades (exhaust etc.). However, if you're crazy enough you can go for a supercharger!

Post the question in the S4 section for better response though.

Anyway, pictures of the ride (and the BMW)?

Like I said, post the question in the S4 section for better response. This part is usually slow.

BTW - Which Bimmer did you/do you have?

Thanks,
I have an 04 330cic Its definitely not
a daily driver, Its been hard to get into a prius everyday
and watch my car sit there. The prius is very nice
and everything, but I am in my car ALOT, so I
want something a bit beefier, more fun, and AWD.
I am very much looking forward to paying more at the pump.

Great looking Bimmer!

Anyway, you're getting the S4 for daily driving? I don't think the S4 will be a better choice for daily as the car gets 12 MPG. That V8 isn't really that good on gas.

On MSN Auto it says 15 MPG city and 21 MPG HWY.

For some reason it says you get higher MPG with auto which I don't think is true.
