Hey I'd just like to introduce myself. My name is Chris, and I live in Kansas. I've been lurking for a couple of weeks now, doing some research on a few cars. I own a 97 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS-T and work at a local performance shop. The eclipse has kind of turned into a full out drag car, even though I will try and daily drive it most of the time. With that being said I've been looking into other options for more practical daily drivers. Her are a few pics of my car as of about 2 years ago, it will have some major engine bay and interior upgrades when it's completed in the next few months. And also the shop 99 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX. Thanks, and yes the shop car did move pretty well. It went 12.02 @ 121 on low boost (19psi), short shifting, and not launching. That was with a 2.0 as well. For the upcoming season we arein the middle of building a 2.3 stroker setup for it. My setup is going to stay a 2.0 with a very similar setup as to what the shop car has in those pics. Shop car is looking for around 700AWP and my car "should" put down around 600 WHP. So you can see why I'm looking for a more realiable daily.
