Nice forum! I drive a 2005 M3 convertible, and decided to have the best of both worlds, so I purchased an A6 Quattro to use in the winter.

I finally found the perfect deal: 2006 A6, 3.2, Quattro, oyster grey, 49700 miles, with 4 year 48K extended warranty. I ended up paying $4K over my budget, but I figured well worth the money because of the improved reliability of the 2006 Quattro. Pay now or pay later, plus this car looks and drives like it is only 2 years old.

I do have three questions for you B7 Audi owners. This car came with the Audi tri-spoke, 19" rims, with 255/35/19" tires. Either the owner special ordered these 19" Audi rims, or he had them upgraded at a later date. I did notice that the spare is a full size 19" tire and rim. I haven't seen this setup on any 2006 Audi's. Comments please.

2nd question: Has anyone installed a spring lowering kit, or coil overs to their B7 Audi. There is around a 3" gap between the fender wells and the 19" tires, and I want to lower the vehicle to keep my nose from bleeding. (those of you baby boomers know what I'm talking about)

3rd question: Does anyone have or know where I can get the wiring diagram for the Bose Stereo system? I want to tap into the amplifier input wiring and add a subwoofer amp and speaker. I've searched the forum and googled this question and found wiring diagrams for the Audi Bose system, but none of the documentation I found specifically listed the 2006 A6 Bose wiring. Note: my sysem does not have the navigation, but is equipped with sirius and blue tooth. Thanks for your input.
