wassup everyone!! Im 20 yrs old and i just got a 1996 audi A4 2.8L quattro and i absolutely love it..its a manual transmission and i just learned how to drive it and i dont think any car i ever have will be an automatic. but it has a lot of miles about 263,000 but a some of the engine parts are brand new the owner before me replaced it. I want to modify it and give it the works but idk if i should because of all the miles and if i do whats the best order to do it in? i want to paint it again rims stereo basically everything i want to spend all my time and money into it and make it how i want it to look. but i need to know if its worth it?

 

i'm no long-term car veteran, but I'd never suggest spending too much on a car with that many miles.. it could very well break down completely and a good chunk of your money could get lost considering the vehicle's age and lack of demand for parts for it.

but otherwise, it's probably a great beginner's car.. treat it right and it may well last a lot longer. i'd probably suggest saving your money for the repairs it's most likely going to need, but I'm uber practical, so what do I know
