Talking New AUDI A4 1.8T Owner in CA (559)

Whats up everyone.

I just purchased a 2005 A4 1.8T. Black/Black.

Saw this website and joined to be in touch with other Audi Owners. First AUDI or german car period. New to this game.

What (B) is mine?

Welcome to the forums!

I'm not too sure where 559 is but I believe it's in NorCal, which is too bad.
You should totally drive down to SoCal for the local GTG's sometime though. The locals usually hang around in the West section elsewhere in the these forums.

You should probably consider 19's for the B6 as you have decently sized fender wells. I have also seen 20's on B6's and they look pretty nice.

As for choice of wheels, I would personally go with the Superleggera's (OZ's) if I had to choose between the two.

Keep us updated on the car!

I thought of 19's. I'd like for my car to have the tires almost touch the body, dont know if I make any sense.

You will need to lowered the car in order for you to do that.

Thats what I pictured, I was looking at some H&R Springs. I have lowering springs on my other car, Dont know if I want to go coilovers.

What do you guys recommend??

You will probably need to get a spring and shock combo as others have said stock shocks will not last long with aftermarket lowering springs.

At the end, it really depends on how much money you're willing to spend and your needs. Obviously you will have the advantage of adjusting couple things with coilovers which you won't have with spring and shocks.

Actually there is a company called V-Maxx that makes decently priced coilovers (about $600-700 for a set). I'm not too sure if they make a set for the B6 though.

I'm personally running Stage II H&R coilovers and I am beyond satisfied with these.

Do you guys think this would fit? They are 20 offset. I usually see guys recommend 35.

also, can anyone photchop this to a black (B6)?

Thanks.
