New A4 Owner

I just bought a used 2006 A4 2.0T Quattro (48k miles) last Friday. Learned a lot already through the forum over the weekend and look forward to reading more. Thanks

I just bought the same A4 2006 S Line with 43K. Do you have any oil burning? I have 0.5 quart for 1.000 km. It feels very annoying.

I only put about 600 miles on it so far and it seems to be running fine with no excessive oil usage. I was reading that the 2.0T might require a bit of top off oil in between changes. Do a search here on the forum.

I actually watched an episode on youtube comparing the new '11 s4 to an older s4, maybe a 2006, but I am not sure. Apparently, the oil use is just a common problem, something you have to get used.
