Hello everyone. I've never owned an Audi. My girlfriend has had two A4s. She's looking to get an A5 Cab and there's two to choose from here at the local dealership. I was wondering if I could get any suggestions and reasons for choosing this car (pros and cons). Here are the two we have to choose from.

Also, if we decide to pull the trigger, What would be a decent price to shoot for? We don't want to walk out of the dealership feeling like we got shafted. Any help would be appreciated.
