Car problems always freak me out. I didn't know where to take my 2005 Audi A4 since I knew taking it to the dealer was totally out of the option. I googled around and found Lucas Car Care. The reviews seemed amazing and i got my car in the shop. Tyger initially wanted to charge me $115 for the diagnosis, but only charged me $75 when he realized what the problem was and didn't want to continue checking the rest of the car so he can save me some money. He told me it might still be under warranty so I should take it to the dealer. He even offered to give me back my $75 if the diagnosis was wrong and told me to bring my car back to his shop so I don't have to pay ridiculous dealership service fees. Well the dealer called me 30 minutes ago and yes it is under warranty and yes, they will cover the diagnosis fees, car rental for the duration of the repair, and everything else. I could freakin hug you right now Tyger and Im not a hugging person. He saved me tons of money when he could have easily just had his shop fix the issue.
