I've been a fan of VW/Audi since late 90's when my GF and I bought a 99 Jetta GLS. It had the slow 4 with a 4 speed slushbox, but was so comfy and quiet inside, haven't gone back to Japanese or American since (although I'm not ruling them out as 2nd or 3rd cars). Almost 2 years ago I bought a 01 GLX 4motion Passat wagon and then proceeded to wrap it around a tree a few months later on New Years eve... sober... I then bought a 91 Jetta GL from a coworker, it had 100k on it and was in great shape. After a few promotions, I decided it was time to buy an S4, and after a number of months of searching, I found a 01 Satorin Blue/Black Int, with just over 44k on her.

I've fallen head over heals for her, she completes me



I've got some plans for her, but first I'm going to upgrade the brakes as the stock rotors are warped.

Not a serious brake job yet, 12.6" Stassis rotors up front and stock replacement in rear.

She also needs the the front tie-rod ends and the front pinion seal on the rear diff replaced.

I'll probably wait until after next season to start doing an serious upgrades, but I'll spend a little time each day dreaming about them...
