Just picked up my 2001 Audi a few days ago and so far I love it.

I'm just trying to figure out what service I'm going to have to do since it has 87K on it!

welcome. as for service you are right in the window to have your timing belt replaced, unless who ever you bought it from did that for you. Other then that just keep things in good condition. I'd change the fluids out and check the spark plugs to see if any of the simple stuff like that needs fixing.
