I am currently looking into getting an audi, I have a mustang cobra right now that I love, but going to start a family not to far from now so really need four doors.


I am looking at A4 and s4s and could someone please tell me which is a better platform to mildly modify one day?

I really love the s4! I am looking at 2005 - 2008 as those are in my price range. Are the motors in them good for high horsepower if you build them up? Or do most people do an engine swap? The engine compartment looks fairly small is it possible to fit a turbo(s) under the hood with that motor?

On the other side of the fence I love the A4 since it comes with a turbo and can easily be upgraded one day. But it is a 4 cylinder and they make a far less desirable sound to the eardrums imo ;/.. But I assume it weights considerably less

I will start off with basic mods as it will be my daily for awhile, so just bolt ons and tune to to begin with.,,

Any advice or thoughts are appreciated!
