Hello all, another newbzers here.
New to this site, but not to Audis.
Currently have a '94S4, and an '85 urQuattro
I've had the S4 for 7 years, and it's mostly stock. It's been a wonderfull car. The few modifications I've done to it are a 6 speed gearbox from a UK spec S2, and a chip re-programing/ W/G spring from Intended Accelleration.
The car currently has just over 250,000 miles on it, and still drives as new.
No, I won't lower it.
I've had the ur Quattro for around 5-6 years..
I restored the car myself, as it was in very rought shape when I got it. The mod list on it is short as well.
The engine was originally a WX, but later a MC block, and big valve head was installed. Along with a chip re-program, and 2.0 BAR W/G spring, the car does just fine for all types of driving.
Audi's of my recent past were a 1974 100ls automatic, and a 1978 Audi Fox GTi.(which I still kinda own)
I had the 100ls for just 8 months, and had to move on as I couldn't find parts for it, and had to move across country..I ran out of time.
Really cool car. I'll miss it.
The Fox GTi is the rarest Audi I've ever seen.
I've never even seen a picture of one before besides an ad for one in an Audi archives.
The car is in need of a restoration, but it's not happening anytime soon.
Pictures of that soon.
