Also,

What else should I be replacing at the same time?

most people go with either the kit from ecstuning or blauparts. depending on how "in depth" you feel you need to get should determine which kit you get. The "ultimate" kits have pretty much everything you would/should care to replace. Cam seals and crank seals are one of those things that have differing opinions on whether to change or not. I susbscribe to the theory that if they aren't leaking, don't mess with them. pretty much the standard list is timing belt, tensioner, idler roller, water pump and thermostat. then the serpentine belt is probably a good option to do as well.
