Glad to be a first time owner .
I must admit my 2002 A6 Quattro 2.7tt is the first German car I have ever owned So far. I am looking foward to meeting new friends and seeing how fast I can get this ride to Show Quality. I had been involved in the Turbo Diesel 4x4 Truck scene. I will say that I am an AUDI man from now on. shooting for sub 13 sec 1/4 mile for first stage of improvements to include Upgraded CPU/ECU, Air Intake, and Exhaust with electric diverter to Open/Close system and No cats. 2nd and 3rd Stage stay tuned.

Wilkommen to the forums
Glad you are enjoying your A6! there is a lot of good information to be found here on the forums. I respect your quest to make your A6 "go fast" and there is a LOT of potential in the 2.7T. You do have to bear in mind that the A6 is a very heavy car and will take some extra "oomph" to get the 1/4 times you are aiming for. but it is definitely doable. you may have to sacrifice ride/creature comfort and street "legality" to get there.
when you get down to working on it, be sure to give us a build thread!
good luck
have fun
