First post... 1st Audi... 2001 S4
Hi all,
New member here. Just bought this last Thursday and I definitely love it. I believe it has pretty much every option available (except it's a stick).
It's currently all stock as far as I can tell. Not sure where I'm headed with future upgrades yet but am open to suggestions. I'm currently fine with the stock available hp/performance and looks so perhaps nothing to upgrade for a while.
If there's anything preventative I should do, I'm all ears.
If there are any local drives (Santa Clara, CA / San Francisco Bay Area) I'd love to know about them.
Also, is it worthwhile to join the Audi Club of N.A? I see they have track days at Laguna Seca and Infineon Raceway. If that's free as a member of the club then I'd join for that but am I right to assume that's not free?
Thanks!

beautiful s4... i'm a HUGE fan of the nogaro blue with alrantara
how many miles did you pick it up with
as for mods... a simple mod that will getcha slightly over 300hp
chip (http://www.awe-tuning.com/pages/shar...p;IL=GIACChips)
and get 2x 710n diverter valves (from the dealership or http://www.ecstuning.com/stage/edpd/...mp;engine=2.7T)
youre gonna love this car more and more CONGRATS!

Thanks all. I really do love this car the more I drive it. I just have to keep off the skinny pedal to conserve fuel although 18mpg isn't bad but I'd like to be at the 25mpg range (yeah right!!).
My buddy said he didn't like the color when he first saw it but when he saw how many of our female friends loved the color especially w/ the matching interior he quickly changed his mind about it.
