Audi A3 front end problem

Audi A3 front end problem
I have and Audi A3 2007 with about 170000 km on it and it's making this weird like whooping sound ever time I drive but when I turn to the left it sound quiet I don't no if it is the wheel baring or just my tires even a bent rim any help
