Annoying Problem...PLEASE HELP!!!

I have a 2003 Audi A4, and its been stuttering off the start latelybut it only stutters at 1 and a half rpms. The accelerator feels stiff also. I just ordered new plugs but im not sure if thats the problem. PLEASE any advice would be appreciated.
