2005 A6 C6 - Body Parts Advice Needed
Hello Folks
Glad to join the group. Tons of great info here, I hope to contribute as well as receive your advice.
Recently I had a Deer hit my left side of my C6, I need to replace Left Front Door including the Mirror. Can you please provide me with some info where I can purchase used parts (perhaps from a salvage yard). The insurance company was not too helpful on this accident.
Secondly I am interested on a front bumper upgrade to an S6 Bumper, headlights and perhaps LED lights as well.
All your guidance is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

sorry to hear about your "accident" I hate deer. filthy animals.
for salvage parts try Force 5 in New Hampshire, or Shokan in New York (geographic reference for shipping purposes). They specialize in parting out Audis and are pretty good at making sure you get exactly what you need. I've heard good and bad about both of them, so be sure to do your homework before purchasing, though I have heard, for both, that their staff is very helpful in making sure you get what you need.
best of luck getting your car sorted
have fun
