Hi my name is John and I'm from the back woods of Ga. I recently bought my first Audi which is a 1990 Model 80. The person I bought it from said that it would quit on him periodic. I had it quit on me once and I cleaned the ground which was quite corroded. It ran good after that for about 300 miles and then it quit on me again. I have replaced the distributor since I was not getting any fire from the coil, but that didn't do it. I still have no fire. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm thinking it might be the computer, but would appreciate any other suggestions before I buy one. So far I love the car (If it would run)

first post ...
Will be picking up my first Audi on Monday --My bank closed before we settled the deal yesterday--uagh!
She's a 2006 A6 w/ 3.2 & Quattro. Can't wait to drive it home! Wife and I laughed at all the MMI buttons and such, that will take us some time to get use to. The ride is amazing and the 3.2 gets us going like we want.
Look forward to sharing more of this adventure of Audi ownership. The site has already provided so much info for us in our car hunting/shopping.

New Audi Owner
Hey all Im within 48 hrs of picking up an Audi A4 2.0T with 106k. I live in Northern California. I very excited with all the reviews of the car and the Audi experience. This is my first German made car and am ready to drive and do regular maintenance my Audi. With the research I've done I've come to this conclusion. With regular maintenance Audi's will take care of there owners and in return keep the joys of driving alive. Being a commuter and primary driver in my family I might as well be happy with what I'm driving. I hope to learn and help with you all. Safe driving.
