def not that deep right meow, just bought a ring so need to build that savings before i can do anything. have you done all the mods yourself?

Turbo kraut knows his stuff! i'd listen to him if i were you. after you get the money of course. lol! seriously though, i've got a MBC, intake, 3" exhaust with one straight through muffler, and a FMIC, i'll have a tune soon, but even just with what i have right now, the power is so awesome. turbo kraut is stage III(+?) and his has got to be relentless. lol!
basically, what i'm trying to say is, no matter what you do, you'll feel the gains and love every moment of acceleration.

Don't just do an mbc. Do the diode mode as well. My cars is probably faster than most stock v6's. An some stock v8's. If you have less than 350chp. Don't play. Awd ftw

that brings me to an interesting question, diode mod is with the map sensor correct? i can't do that, i'm DBC, not DBW... i remember cause that's the first thing i looked into when i got the car. lol! yeah, i'm AEB...kinda sucks, but that's alright, i ALMOST have the money for a tune. then shortly after, i see high 200chp (250-260) numbers soon after with probably 42lb injectors and some other odds and ends.

You are correct. 01 was the first year of the map sensor so prior to that no diode mod. But unless you get a tune for upgraded injectors there is no need for them. And I know you will run rich and your car will probably pull time to adjust for them. Unless you are upgrading turbos don't change them

yeah, i don't plan on upgrading until i go ko4 or gt28... my money at the time will determine the jump i take. lol! any idea what kind of gas mileage you get on your set up? just a ballpark estimate? cause i don't want to have to stop once a day or anything...

I would go frankenturbo or gtrs not ko4/gt2x. And if you actually go full-bodied be prepared to build the motor. I get about 26 mpg. Right now I am at 130-150 miles on the tank sitting at 3/4 tank. Driving all city. The only way your mpg will go down is if you put your foot in it more or half *** your kit

are you on a fuel cell? with my quick/estimated math that puts you at like a 7-8 gallon tank? lol! correct me if i'm wrong.
and by franken turbo, ya mean hybrid correct? cause i was kinda thinkin t3/t4.... good size for a while. lol!

Standard tank w/ walbro255 fp. My estimator is telling me 36mpg. T3/4 might be too big if pushing full boost and more custom work
