Hey guys, just wondering if any of you might be intrested in meeting up and driving to Mid-Ohio race car course for ALMS weekend?
I have already posted on other forums. (e46fanatics,Bimmerforums,OhioVW,etc.) We have a lot of people intrested right now. I figured I'd drop you guys a line to see if you wanted to join us?

I know last year, audi reserved a section in the infield for Audi cars, and they had a tent set up for Audi owners. The speed world touring cars are going to be racing that weekend too. If any of you are intrested I can get more information.

Im fairly new here but Im always up for a meet with good people, what dates are we looking at?

 

Okay the dates are May 20-21st. I personally can't make it on Friday (work) but I know I'm going to drive up saturday and sunday. So I was thinking we could have a drive both days. One on Saturday, and then on Sunday. This helps people that can only go one of those days. I think the Speed Touring Car Races are on Saturday, and the ALMS races are on Sunday.

Okay... let's get some dates and times set in stone. Since we'll be meeting so early on Saturday and Sunday we can just meet at the Waffle House across from Polaris Mall. Let's plan on LEAVING there at 8:30AM on Saturday May 21st. So, If you want to grab a bite before we leave be there between 7:30 and 8:00AM. The ALMS Practice starts at 9:35 and the Formula BMW qualifying starts at 10:45, so we will get there in time for that.
Here's the breakdown for the weekend...

Let's plan on leaving there at 8:00AM on Sunday May 22nd to make it to the SPEED world challenge touring race at 9:20AM.
