Does this look like a good aluminum trim kit?

I just purchased a 01 S4 and was wondering if anyone had found a place to find a good trim kit? The wood and all would look good if I was driving a A8 or perhaps a Escalade, but I need a bit more sporty look, carbon fibre or brushed aluminum.

Is there a write up on how to remove, prep and paint the wood trim? Does that even work?

The clips on the back of the trim are really only removable by taking panels off and getting them from backside. You will probably bust them trying to get them off without getting access to back side. Alsa corp has some neat products and with some time and patience you could laminate your pieces in your car or paint them. here is a link directly to there laminate sheets. http://www.alsacorp.com/products/she...sheetingfx.htm I am painting mine while they are in car cause it is too much of a pain to remove them.

mhmm hmmm on how to remove it try audidiy.com as for as prep and paint, just take it to your local body shop and they could surely do something for ya...though thats gonna cost a bit......still 2000S4 your car is black so you could do piano black trim and it would look soooo nice
I really want to do Piano black I have seen CF in pics, aluminum in person and PB in pics too and I love the look of all black
