Default when accelerating hard than shift bogs out 01 audi a4

So i just got this car about two weeks ago so far replaced plugs, coolant, oil, k&n filter, MAF, timing belt, water pump, upgraded DV. it is a 2001 audi a4 has about 125k as of right now. been trying to figure out the issue but cant seem to find it, when ever say i get on it hard in second and shift at high rpms into third she bogs out and stays like that for a little even if you let off the gas and get back on it sometimes even if you shift it into fourth. does anyone know what the issue could be? im not a very good trouble shooter nor know too much about what this could even be. fuel pump? fuel filter? MAF bad? but there is no check engine light. Also not sure if this has to do with anything but say im coming up to a light and i throw it into N and cost to it sometimes when i stop at the light she will kinda go low rpms as if she is going to die but then goes back up to normal idle. maybe vacuum leak? should i get a boost gauge? it seems like their could be a lot of possibilities to what it could be. Your help would be very appreciated!

Thanks!
Rick

also not sure but say for the first 10 or so minutes while driving my car the turbo is decently loud but after that its as if you never hear it. not sure what that is either. one more thing i did happen to break my dip stick rod so it doesnt seal anymore when i checked my oil a few days ago. sorry for all the questions and your help will be appreciated again thank you very much!!
