Dear Audi fans, I wonder if anyone could offer me any advice on the above problem on my neighbors sons car.
It's an Audi A7 3.0T Quattro 2012 car with about 92,000 kms on the clock/
Its throwing up a P805100 code which seems to point to a park input circuit low when moving from park to any gear.
Has anyone else ever come up with a similar problem? if so how did you fix it?

The dealer here in Bahrain wants over US $9000 for the parts, a local mechanic has said he could replace it cheaply if he could find the parts.
Any advice on where to start looking for parts or common wiring problems would be greatly appreciated.
