Key PIN codes

Bought a blank off eBay w/remote - my crack key guy says that he needs a PIN code (something dealerships are not forthcoming with) to make my key useful.

Any suggestions or help here on this? Thanks!

I work at a dealer and the only way we can get it is to go online with our vags
