Idling issue any suggestions? Where is MAF

it prolly would my MAF was all clean and good but the electrical connection was bad so i had to get a new one and after that was done with now im getting a code for my secondary air injection and have yet to check that out

So I got word back from my mechanic, he said when they scanned the MAF it was sending 38 GPS of air at 2400 RPMS, he said it should have been saying about 4 GPS. Could this 8X overkill be my problem with loss of power and stalling out? Also the weird smell coming from the car is excess fuel buring on the CAT or so he says. Any one wanna second this or refute it before I replace the MAF?
