Default Check engine light HELP

So i keep getting these codes i looked them up and this what they say
01113 error occurs intermittant
16684 misfire reconized
16687 cyclinder 3 missfire detected
16686 cylinder 2 misfire dectected
16689 cylinder 5 misfire dectected
ok when you get a misfire the CEL flashes, but mine is jsut always on and i have tons of power, just ruff on start up till warm up.
cant seem to make it go away i have changed plugs, ignition control modules, i checked the coils they are good, some of the rubber around the wires to the coils are cracked. that is the only thing i can find wrong with them. any help is welcome thanks

How did you check the coilpacks?

You can't tell if a coil pack is good just by looking at it. You'd have to hook it up to a voltammeter.
I'm gonna go ahead and assume you don't have one of those. So what you can do is move the coil packs around to see if the misfires change.
For example switch coil pack 1 with coil pack 2.

Coil packs are common fail parts in our wonderful Audis. Quite a few members keep a spare set in their trunk.

Rough starts can usually be attributed to the coolant temp sensor, especially if they dont occur when the engine is started hot.

Ok I cleanned my MAF to see if my check engine light went out, it did not, and it starts up cold in the mornings, it kinda starts then dies and then dies and then dies then comes back, idles rough, then finnally settles to normal idle. i was thinking it may be a fuel filter problem, i bought a new one just for the sake of having it to do a full tune up because i just bought the car. it only has 57k on it. i may do a vaccum check if the fuel filter does not solve the problem. would the cel go out if i took the terminals off the battery to reset thecomputer cuz it could have just been the maf and the light has been slow to go out.??

Yes disconnecting the battery will clear the CELs.

~*~Just make sure you have the radio code! Disconnecting the battery will put the radio is SAFE mode.
You will be unable to use i,t until the radio code is entered. ~*~

I have the same problem with my 00 A4 1.8T last evening. The CEL came on and didn't go off. After that I still drove for about 200 miles, it worked normally. The oil pressure and temperature all are good. Can I try to do as ouTTie914said to disdconnect the battery& clear the CELs, then start again to see if it still go out?
Many thanks.

appreciate the link but its doesnt have my code in it. its like a phantom code that no one seems to have heard of. even long time techs who have access to audi info some of us only dream of, cant even figure it out. it shows up when trying to set the readiness codes and it wont let you contiune or set them. then under guided fault finding it doesnt come up to diagnos. its retarted
